Delivery & Pickup Policy
At lumi balloons, we offer local delivery and store pickup only.
We do not offer standard shipping by mail or parcel services.
Local Delivery Areas
We deliver across New York City, including, but not limited to:
- Manhattan
- Brooklyn
- Queens
- The Bronx
- Staten Island
- Jersey City and nearby areas
- Long Island
If your address is outside these areas, please still contact us. We’ll always do our best to find the best possible solution if delivery is feasible.
If Delivery Shows as Unavailable
If the website says delivery is unavailable for your address, please don’t worry and contact us directly before giving up on your order. In about 90% of cases, we are still able to arrange delivery manually.

Delivery Timing
At checkout, customers select a 2-hour delivery window based on availability.
If you need delivery at a more specific time within that window, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate it.
If you need delivery outside of the available delivery windows shown online, please contact us as well. In most cases, we can still make it work.
Same-Day Delivery
We do offer same-day delivery whenever possible.
If your preferred same-day delivery window is not available on the website, please contact us directly. In most cases, we can still accommodate same-day delivery depending on the order type, timing, and location.
Store Pickup
Store pickup is available from our Downtown Brooklyn location:
2 Prince St, Brooklyn NY 11201
Please note that this is not a storefront. Pickup is available by appointment only, so please let us know in advance, and we will be there to meet you.
Once your pickup time is confirmed, please arrive at the agreed time so we can hand over your order properly.
Delivery Fee
Delivery fees vary depending on the address, timing, and order type. The final delivery fee will be shown at checkout or confirmed directly with you.
For Large or Custom Orders
For large custom orders, room decor, and event installations, we recommend contacting us directly before placing your order online so we can confirm all details and delivery logistics.
Important Delivery Notes
Please make sure that:
- your delivery address is correct
- apartment, suite, or access details are included if needed
- someone is available to receive the order
- the recipient can be reached if necessary
We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by:
- incorrect address details
- missing apartment or access information
- unavailable recipient
- restricted building access
- last-minute customer changes
Additional charges may apply if re-delivery is required.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been successfully delivered, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer or recipient.
Pickup Responsibility
Once an order has been picked up by the customer, responsibility for safe transport and handling transfers to the customer.
Weather and External Conditions
Although we always do our best to deliver every order safely and on time, delivery timing may occasionally be affected by:
- traffic
- weather
- building access delays
- other circumstances outside our control
If any issue affects your delivery timing, we will communicate with you as soon as possible.
No Standard Shipping
Please note that our products are available only through:
- local delivery
- store pickup
We do not ship balloon orders through standard postal or parcel services.
